Glasgow (Renfrew) - Liverpool Marina

This trip went from John S Hill's boatyard in Glasgow Scotland to Liverpool Marina, calling at Inverkip, Troon and Portpatrick. Sea Area Malin/Clyde had F5-7 Southerly most of the time, causing us to have to wait for three days in Portpatrick to get favourable winds to pass into the Irish Sea.

Distance covered over 7 days, 220nm Average speed when travelling, 5.4 Knots, 20 Night hours.

This was my first time sailing/motoring Stardust and she performed extremely well, despite high waves and a lot of turbulence in the North Channel, we felt very safe in her.
